WARNING: Regus in Asia is especially dangerous; if you want to sign a contract with them, ask for a complete copy of all internal Policy documents that you never know about until it has been delivered, read by a lawyer, preferably two, because the main aim of any Regus contract is:
1. To make sure you never get your deposit back.
2. To increase your rent, many times that of inflation (Internal policy)
3. Does not allow you to use Skype, because they want you to pay their very high service charge on International Phone calls.
4. In Thailand, there are cases of Regus clients that have moved out with their offices in good condition (I have witnessed such an event) only to find them vandalized at night by Regus staff to collect the 300 USD per hole in the wall as per contract, to minimize or eliminate your deposit refund.
5. Always assume that Regus staff is not telling the truth, the list of lies and broken promises I have on file are endless.
Over all, the contract is designed to make you pay more than you signed for, for you never to receive a single penny of your deposit back and to make sure that your bank account is empty when you move out of their premises.
