Marketing Soft Solutions BAKU I was using my LabTop on march 13, 2011 when I was assaulted with a scan tool that reported my computer was infected. My Lab Top all of sdden froze and huge sign came on LabTop screen forcing me to b Internet
I was using my Labtop computer on March 13, 2011 when I was assaulted with a scan tool that reported my computer was infected. My system locked up and a screen appeared covering my whole screen. I was not able to scan my system for viruses or spy ware as I had no control of my. I was then (on screen) given an option to clean my system or purchase a virus tool priced at $59.95, $69.95 or $79.95 and my swystem would be cleaned and virus free. I tried for 1 hour to scan my system to no avail. I then felt hostage to the virus and paid the fee of $59.95. I did not receive a download or icon for my computer nor was I givin a or address or Phone number from Marketing Soft Solutions. Then when I put My HSBC Mastercharge creditcard was charged $99.90 instead of $59.95. I can not find anytrace of them until they actually pulled money out of my account. and I would not accept further ripoff but they took the off and next day I had and they have my money right now for $99.90. (March 15, 2011).
I am currently disputing the charge due to the fact that I was not given the option of buying the voluntaryly. I complained to HSBC Master creditcard not pay to Marketing soft solution BAKU but HSBC Bank paid $99.90 on March15, 2011. Still I am complainning for charge $99.90 with HSBC Bank.
I will also file a dispute with my HSBC bank when I get home from Australia-New Zealand vacation trip. I have reported this to my HSBC Mastercard Creditcard company and they said that they have been getting reports from Marketing Soft Solutions within 3 weeks but still i did not get it.

Please cancel my phone number and my name from top of the Report because people call at my home, they are thinking (misunderstanding) my phone number is phoner of the Marketing Soft Solutions BAKU. So they are calling us day and night at my Home. Please cancel or ommit my phone number from this report.
