Complaint Review: Mary Rodowicz - Egamesuniverse - Ludlow Massachusetts

As you all can see Mary Ellen Rodowicz is in need of serious psychatric help! She started this off by writing 2 FAKE reports about me here on Rip Off Report. She has used several fake names here on Rip Off Report. She has also made numerous harassing phone calls to me & a complaint has been filed against her for harassment. The artical that was written about Mary Ellen Rodowicz was written on 3/27/08. The police wouldn'nt release information if they weren't sure it was true. And as you can see from the artical Mary Ellen Rodowicz was charged! This crazy women has even went to the extreme of now saying she doesn't have a husband. Even thou I have received several email where she makes references to her husband. So she is either lying now or she was lying then. Either way what kind of 42 year old women acts like that? Mary Ellen Rodowicz!!! I have also spoke to the Ludlow, M.A. Police department. I faxed over a copy of the police complaint that was filed against Mary Ellen Rodowicz for harassment & a couple of the harassing emails she has sent me. So the detective would have them when he meets with Mary Rodowicz on Monday. I also mailed over my phone records, the 30+ harassing emails I received from Mary Ellen Rodowicz & my statement to the police. Mary, if you don't want your 10 year old daughter to know your a dirty prostitute then maybe you should find something else to sell on craigs list. Also it is a crime to lie to the police. It's funnny how you told him you did nothing wrong. He will see what a nut you really are I sent him everything. I received this email on Thursday 9/25/08. I don't know how it is from but I have forwarded this information to the police: Dear *55princess55*, Hi, I have some information on Mary Rodowicz; she is a dangerous psychopath. there is no truth to any of these crazy accusations !! the woman who wrote this is not stable obviously,I have reported her to ludlow & sudbury police,I have also detained an attorney on the matter.thank you consumers for your email and help on this matter.I was a victim of idenity theft this woman found an old article on me which was not true,There was no arrest or any charged brought on myself.And,as for me being mentally unstable,psycho,well after reading all the crazy things this woman has done ,the proof is there who is unstable.thank you.

I hope for your sake that you are familiar with the laws regarding defamation. If these statements are false, you could be in a lot of legal trouble, and the news article you quote does little to back up what you've said. The article does not report the exact nature of the crime of which Ms. Rodowicz has been accused. There is no evidence that she has been convicted of anything, and no guarantee that she will be. So your claims that she is a 'sexual predator' and 'prostitute' are groundless. And there is no mention at all of any psychiatric problems she might have - and indeed, you make no justification for your claim that she has 'psychiatric issues'. All of these things could come back to haunt you in court.

I just wanted to update everyone I had to file a police complaint against Mary Rodowicz Today because of the harassing phone calls she is making to me. While I was printing out all the harassing emails I received from her to bring to the police I found one where she claims to live or have property on Saunders rd. in Sudbury M.A. 01776 I just wanted the residents in Sudbury M.A. to also be aware that they have a prostitute & sexual predator living in there neighborhood.
