Marylin Rosario Jeremiah Hudson The Residence at Anastazi Ripped me off $700 for a bogus Apartment Albuquerque NM
Due to panic from the current pandemic, I hastily trusted a Craigslist ad for an apartment, $700 a month, $700 deposit. I spoke with Jeremiah Hudson and told him how negatively affected I was with finances, due to the fact I was facing an eviction notice. Jeremiah Hudson and I spoke on the phone (he has a middle-eastern accent) and he assured me that he would be willing to work with me, due to my immediate situation, and he allowed the deposit to be paid at a later date.
He insisted I use Zelle and once the documents (a bogus lease) he said "you will have the keys today." Once I Zelled him $700, he disappeared. I have no recourse but to prosecute.
