I am assuming by what little information is provided in regards to the complaintant, that the lawsuit being referred to is one instigated by a former Mazu Pub. student, Jason Ryan Isaksen. Isaksen purchased the MDM3 from Mazu in Aug. 2003 and no complaint regarding Isaksen's purchase was ever rec'd, nor was any kind of refund requested. What agreement with "Jason" has not been honored? The lawsuit currently underway is NOT related to the package Isaksen purchased, the MDM3, (as is implied in the complaint), but to Isaksen's general claims of false advertising and unfair business practices against Mazu/Matt Gagnon, owner, which were preceded by Isaksen developing and marketing his own product, containing much of what was provided to him in the MDM3. No mention of "malice" is in the lawsuit. Mazu/Matt Gagnon firmly believe in all that is currently available to a viewer at www.mazu.com/scams/isaksen.php and do not believe any of it to be false, as the complaint states. Nor has Mazu Pub/Matt Gagnon made any false or defamatory statements or misled the public in regards to any MAZU product. As the review of Mr. Isaksen has not been proven false in any way, I don't believe Mazu Pub/Matt Gagnon has made any false or defamatory statements or misled the public in that regards either. Many of the statements contained in the complaint is based on the opinion of the writer. If any SOLID facts can be presented, I will be happy to respond to them.
