Matthew Bassett is a cheat and will only steal your money.
He has defrauded many people in the past and has a long history of financial abuse
He has no respect for the legal process either.
PLesae go to www.canlii.org and type in bassett vs bassett to see how he has disregarded orders by judges to pay child support and spousal support.
You will also notice that he is intending to file for bankruptcy. Would you want to have this individual handle your money.
He has pilfered every company that he has had a hand in, It is disgraceful.
When he was finally left in charge of Bassett Media Group, he withdrew outrageous salaries while the company went bankrupt.

As a previous client of Matthew Bassett, I can firmly say without hesitation that this attack on Matthew is a complete lie!
Clearly you can see from the fact that spousal and child support payments are mentioned that this has nothing to do with Matthews business ethics but someone who is disgruntled personally.
I think it is a shame that it is so easy these days to hide behind a computer screen and damage someones reputation, not to mention it is cowardly and wrong.
Matthew and his team have always shown the utmost respect and professionalism, and to see something like this just makes me lose faith in the good in people.
This sort of High School shame posting is why our youth have massive social problems, as the older generation advocates on sites like these that public shaming is acceptable.
I am appauled at no only the nature of this site but the fact that it is accepted as a public forum for gossip and hate.
