The reason that Sherman and just-leather responded to these accusations, after 20 or so complaints against him from 2003,is because he knows that this time someone out there does have information and knowledge about his scams and fraudulant activities. He does give out fake tracking numbers to buy time on customers, and uses different names when someone calls him to complain, like Ryan and Lori Taylor. I can guarantee everyone that Ms. Taylor is actually his wife, and she is also part of this con scam. If anyone does want to see his bankfruptcy report just go to this link and look at the date section 7/26/04 and you will see that he ows over $548,887.00

Sherman rebutted my complaint issue stating that he was not the one on the bankruptcy report from the N.J. sheriff's sale dated 7/26/04. This will prove that he does lie about everything and that now the thruth comes out. This is the Sheriff's sale report as shown: CH 759414 F2248002 7/26/2004 DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS F/K/A BANKERS TRUST COMPANY MATTHEW R. SHERMAN A/K/A MATTHEW RYAN SHERMAN, ET AL 131 PRINCETON OVAL FREEHOLD $548,188.87 Bankrupt We also now know that he does use the name Ryan as a cover up for his fraudulant dealings. Good luck peole when purchasing any item from just-leather and sabrina retail services. From a concerned consumer!

I wrote this below to try to help someone like you to understand that iw ould like to solve anyones problem, you say your in Roselle, NJ......I would like to have a meeting with you in person to discuss your issues. I am willing to everything i can in the below letter posted to anyone who will come forward to explain there problem. I cant see why you need to hide behind this forum. Why you cant issue us your last name, your email, your phone number. Just so you are aware that is not us on the link you have presented. Secondly this is a corporation not a inddividual ownership. This company is incorporated it is not a LLC or Sole proprietership. I am requesting you come forward please. If you cant come forward and allow me to help in anyway i can than you should say any comments on here. We are not using different names. We are not issuing anyone false numbers. Like i said if you think your correct let us defend ourselves from your hurtful wrong accusations. Come here, let us come to you....come and meet me for lunch and let me show you what we do. Hello, To our customers with issues or problems. It is very hard to try to solve a problem when you hide behind these comment boxes. If we have been wrong or negligent in any way with you please come forward so we can help satisfy you in anyway i can. We do not run a scam. We have been in constct with the owner of this site and he is investigating certain individuals on here that are saying false things that are not the problem. I want to solve your problems. If you cant give me a chance to solve or satisfy your concern than there should not be a complaint made. Every complaint deserves the other site to try to solve the problem. We ship hundreds of jackets to very happy people every week. We are not here to scam anyone. We have went to the extent of refunding the people money and sending free merchandise to them as well. If your concern is legitimate and you are correct than i will sincerely try to solve the issue. If you dont come forward with a last name, order number or phone number than you should not file the complaint. If you doubt my sincerety of trying to solve the problems than please try me. If i fail to try in everyway possible to help you and all the other people on here than you have the right to publish anything needed. If i do solve your problems and try than you should publish good things as well. Like i said we have thousands and thousands of happy customers also.
