mattress firm aka bedmart Mattress firm will not honor fifteen year warranty on a expensive bed,dispite me offering fianical compensation. Frame broke my toe repeatly, no memory left. remember the bed commercial with the wine and the couple juymping on it? well thats the bed I bought and I filed numerous complaints to no avail. really? what do I have to do? make my own wine commercial and show the false advertising? Nationwide

I have been bamboozeled. Mattress Firm lies. and not in a good way. I have made reports to mattress firm about my beds(yes to be exact 3 beds) 2 queens which have lost there thrones and a california King which has broken my toe repeatly.
Customer service doesn't like the swear word (@*&#) therefore will not help. personal injury lawyer now being called. Emails go unanswered. proof is provided but is not good enough so I need an inspection at $25.00 per bed.

I will be posting my story shortly, but long story short is they did take my bed back but I am 4 months down the road with no money back. Please share your story on the link below. I would really like to get there attention as I am owed over $1600 and everytime I speake with someone I am informed to wait another 24 hours for a responnse.
