I went to Mattress Firm and bought a sealy at 999.99 after the sales guy discounted $400 from the bed to beat a compeditor. I thought I was getting a deal. When the bed arrived late night it was a used mattress. Not only was it used but it had a big stain on it. The nexst day I tried to get refund. The sales guy said it was as is no refunds. Even tho it was not the bed that I saw in the store. the model was differnt and even stated so on my recipt. I called my credit card company and got my refund but I was very displeased with their service. I would recommend another store even if you spend more money.
