Max auto / Max Brakes / Atom auto parts, are scammers. I bought what they claim to be ceramic pads but when I went to install them I noticed somthing odd. They didnt feel like ceramic pads so I looked up the part code which was written on the pad on google, and of course my thoughts were right, they were actually semi metallic pads. When I questioned them about it they tried to give me the run around telling me its just a generic code but ive been a mechanic for almost 10 years and I know part codes have meaning. The part code had an S at the front which indicated it was asemi metallic the ceramic code should have a C. This kind of stuff is digusting. They are putting lowering quality parts in a box they indicates they are high quality parts. Chinese scams at its finest.
