I ordered $85 worth of hair products on November 3, 2005 and now it is December 17 and still no products. I have emailed many times and even tried their " Ask Julie Live Chat" and not one answer. We need to stop this person or persons. I have been taken once but never again. I hope my credit card company goes after them. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I wish I found this site back in November. You should check it before every purchase on the internet!

It is now 02/04/06 and not only did I not receive my products they have erased my account number from their system so I can no longer check on the status and they will not answer my emails. I called USPS and asked if it was legal that they use their name in this fraud and they said there is nothing that can be done about it. I've been RIPPED OFF!

Since I posted my comments the status of my product has changed to "Order Shipped - In Transit Via USPS" We will see how long it takes to ship. I will update if I do receive the order.
