Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

On December 9th, 2009 I mailed a check for 54.00 to Maxwell Scott Enterprises. It cleared my account on Dec 24th, 2009.

I still have not received my products that I ordered, so now I want my money back. The letter I received was the following.

"Would you like the opportunity to earn up to 2500 weekly stapling our "Get Credit Now" booklets at home. ? You will be paid 20.00 for each booklet that you assemble as per our instruction. A stapler and all booklet material will ship promply to your home promptly."

"As a home-worker, you'll staple the booklets together and mail them out after receiving payment. You'll receive advance payment for each booklet that you staple. that means that you'll receive 1000.00 for stapling fifty booklets, 2000.00 for stapling 100 booklets, and 3000.00 for stapling one hundred and fifty booklets.

The 54.oo was for 49.00 refundable fee plus rush fee after my check cleared the bank. This fee will be refunded to you after you've mailed off your first 100 booklet's.

Then in there Unconditional Guarantee to You : it reads:" Register with our program now. If you're not making the kind of money that you desire after working with us for 60 days, just return our insttruction manual for a full refund of your registration fee, plus an additional 35.00...just for giving our program an honest try. We stand by our promise...but more importantly, we're confident that you'll make good money working with us. "

I gave it an honest try, I am still waiting and feel that I have been ripped off.

There for I should not only be intitalled to my 54.00 back plus the 35.00 as per their Unconditional Guarantee of B.S.

I lost my job and live 2 hours away from where I can get work that I thought this to be ideal to me, if I knew I was going to get ripped off I would never of sent this check which I have copies of.

Since they are obviously not going to send me my materials let alone pay they need to reimburse my money as I am broke and this is not right, morally or ethically.
