In January of 2012, a representative of Entrust Bankcard named Jaclyn Pellock visited my store to

advertise their merchant services. She said that their rates are very low compared to their competitors

and she can beat the rates of the current merchant service I was currently using. In addition to the low

rates, they also provided a free credit card machine. They offered the machine at no cost and informed

me that the machine was completely contract free. I already owned a machine that I had purchased

from Bank of America but they insisted that I use the free one that they are providing. When they told

me this, I had doubts regarding the legitimacy of the offer they were providing. It felt too good to be

true. I had asked Jaclyn multiple times to confirm that the machine was in fact free. she confirmed and

assured that this is true and the machine is free of charge. I even called in to their company

headquarters to verify one more time. I got the same answer. So I proceeded to send my current

merchant service statement to Entrust for them to determine if they can actually provide me with a

better rate. To my surprise, they gave me a better rate and they stated that there was only an annual fee

of $99.00 for the service.

So on January 16th of 2012, I decided to accept the offer and I digitally signed the contract. Before

signing the contract, I had made sure that there was indeed no fees for the machine and that everything

on the contract was identical what she had promised. After signing the contract, she informed that that I

will be reviving a copy of the contract later in the week.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the contract that I was promised a week later. However, I did receive a

phone call to verify some information. I was barraged with questions during the phone call that all

consisted of yes/no type of questions. She also informed he that these are only verification type of

questions regarding my company name and address and no other questions will be asked and that I

should just answer yes if the information is correct. So I followed her instructions and answered yes to

all of her questions.

A few months later, during April 16 of 2012, they called me again asking if I was receiving more

customers coming into my store or more customers calling in and making online orders. So I told them

that I received more customers calling in and making online orders. They told me that because I was

getting more customers calling in and making online orders, my account could be upgraded and I could

save even more money. So with that, they sent me another contract called the upgrade setup form.

I used their merchant service until May of 2012. That's when I found out that they are not a trustworthy

company. I had a customer that purchased a fair amount from me using her credit card. But even

though the fund were withdrawn from her account, it did not show up in mine. When I called entrust to

inquire about the problem, they told e that it was a problem on the customers end. I contacted the

customer many times, she kept telling me that they money was already withdrawn from her account.

After multiple calls to my bank and the customers bank, I found out that entrust was holding the funds

all along. I finally received the funds a month later. Now I had to cancel my contract with entrust

because they acted unprofessionally and unethically. Due to entrust's decisions to hold the funds, I had

lost a big customer.

Because of my extreme dissatisfaction with Entrust, I called in to cancel my contract. I also called

Bank of America informing them that I cancelled my contract with entrust. Entrust told me that I had to

pay $497.00 and my contract will be cancelled. On June 11 of 2012 I also sent back the credit card

machine to entrust.

But for an unknown reason, they sent the machine back again. But this time, they sent me a different

terminal that I had returned and the machine belonged to a company called Jessy's Girl Hair Salon.

When I called in to inquire why the machine has been sent back, they to,d me that my contract has not

ended.

Because of a personal health issue, I couldn't go to work for 3 months. When I returned to work, it was

already October. When I returned I realized that I had received many statements from Harbertouch. It's

statements from June to September. I didn't know what this was for so I called Bank of America to

determine what this statement was for.

That's when I found out that Harbertouch was actually Entrust and they informed me that I had to send

them a notice to completely cancel the contract. So I sent them a cancel notice. When I asked to see if I

should send the credit card machine back, they told me to keep the machine.

On March of 2013, I found a problem with my bank statement because I found a unknown withdrawal

from my account. I called Bank of America and they told me that the withdrawal was from Gateway

Service. They've started taking money from my account from March of 2012 to April of 2013 for a

total of $168.00. I immediately called Entrust after finding out about this issue. They told me that they

were not sure what was going on and that they were going to get to the bottom of this and return my

money. Even till now, I've still yet to hear from them and I still haven't received the promised refunds.

In June of 2013, I found another problem residing in my bank statement. I called Bank of America

again to determine who took the money and they told me that it was a monthly fee form MBF Leasing.

They've been charging me a monthly fee from 2012 till now for a total of $1721.93. I had thought that

this was a monthly fee from Bank of America and they told me that the fee was not from Bank of

America. Then I found out that it was from the credit card machine company on Entrust's contract.

I called MBF leasing immediately after finding out about this. The representative from MBF told me

that I had a ongoing contract with their company. I was confused because I've never signed a contract

with MBF, in fact, I've never even heard of the company. When I told this to the representative, he was

furious and sent me a fax of the contract. I've never seen the contract that he sent me. But then I saw

Entrust on the contract.

Then I called Entrust and they gave me the same reply. I told them that I've never signed a contract that

consisted of a monthly fee to MBF and asked for them to send me a copy of the said contract. When I

got the contract, there was indeed a section that consisted of a 60 month monthly fee of $89.00 a

month. I explained to the Entrust representatives that this was not the contract that I had signed and that

Jaclyn told me that there was absolutely no charge for the credit card machine. My rent for the building

is only 3 years so there is absolutely no way I would sign a credit card machine contract for 5 years. I

told the representative to take a look at my contract from April of 2012. after looking at the contract he

told me that he was also confused.

This was a forged contract and both companies have participated in fraud. I hired a lawyer to help me

resolve this. But the lawyer was useless and the statements kept coming. Since I've refused to pay a

monthly fee that I've never agreed to, they've threatened to take me to court. I've even sent the machine

back and I am still getting these blackmail messages.

I am hoping that I can get my justice, my money returned, and have this fake contract terminated. I also

demand compensation for all my losses.
