MC Architectural & Interior Design Services, Inc. Superclean Restorations Bradley Vercosa GM lies upon lies to rebuild my house after a fire which was going to be 6 mon. now were going on over 13 mon. West Palm Beach, Florida
Had a electrical fire at my house on Dec. 7, 2011 around 3 am.. 3 of us and 2 dogs made it out safely but lost 1 dog to smoke inhalation. this company showed up out of no where while the fire department , red cross,insurance adjusters and etc. were still there. They explained to me i needed to get the house boarded up so i would not get sued if someone went in and got hurt . and his company could do that...it would not cost me anything..and they would do the rebuilding it was agreed with this company and adjusters it would be a 6 month job....well its going on over 13 months now. the house is gutted they took the old vaulted ceiling/roof off and put up new trusses and the boards and covered the roof with plastic...well this was about a month + ago the plastic is off part of the roof and has been rained on so much it has made damages to the wood looking at it from the inside which we were keeping the vaulted ceilings. I have called to let him know on this plus other stuff over the last year..you can not leave a voice mail and generally he doesn't answer the phone but he will text back sometimes..on Jan 4,2013 i called and text him no reply..tried again on Jan 14, 2013 didn't answer but text me right back that he woul;d call me tomorrow i'm still waiting on the call back..in the mean time i'm still displaced..he has messed up my insurances that i paid to protect myself and belongs and the work that has been done is being damaged..i want my life back and out of this on going night mare
