McDonough Truckline Inc. Kathy Kastner Unprofessional Liars Scam s****.
McDonough Truckline Inc is the WORST freight delivery company in Sothern Minnesota. They try to advertise themselves as efficient, honest and dependable, but they are not even close.
This company lies to the people they charge. They lie about weight of items, they are NEVER on time. You will receive a call from their a**hole dispatch team. There names are Dave and Steve. Usually having some ridiculous excuse why they can't make it.
I had to leave some freight from my semi trailer on their docks to make a delivery and by the time I got back, it was a complete mess and MISSING A WHOLE 4x4 pallet!!!!!!!!
Their drivers are dumber than a box of rocks. They constantly crash into others property, the trucks trailers are falling apart. One truck had mouse droppings on some Boy Scout food but they swept it off and delivered it anyways.
The woman that works in billing, Kathy Kastner is a complete b***h. She has this mousy little voice, but, she hangs up on people...she thinks her family's company is the best around when in fact it is FAR from that. She lies on bills all the time. Up charging every single delivery. Nothing honest about them. Her husband John Kastner is her b*tch. He is told to lie about every detail as well. These people are 100% bad news.
Do not use this company. You will either loose your freight, it will be damaged BY McDonough and they will deny deny deny. No apologies for lateness and no regard for others livelihood.
