Mcrae Arcand Foote & Associates are doing 3rd party collections for a payday loans company and they are not licensed in any province of Canada. They are padding debtor's bank account for approximately $200 each time and when the debtor puts a stop payment on the pad. Mcrae Arcand Foote & Assoc. change the amount of the pad to a lesser or greater amount causing the debtor more stress. When a debtor does realize what is going on & tries to call the collection agency by law the collector's are unable to answer any of your phone calls but the debtor may get to speak to a collector.
If you do get to speak to a collector Please report this to the Federal Government as they wish to hear from you. The more complaints the better chance this company will be fined immensely and hopefully be shut down. Also when Mcrae Arcand Foote & Assoc. bought out Cutter Recovery Services they have only made one payment to the former owner of Cutter Recovery Services. Mcrae Arcand Foote & Assoc. have taken several monies from the pads & they are not paying their ex-employees at all & I have to believe the money is going for personal use. As the owner of Mcrae just bought himself a $300,000 home in Nova Scotia.

Starleena you say you made a go of it and all the bad publicity on this website made you fail. Well I am really sorry to hear that. But the comapnay Mcrae Arcand Foote & Associates still owe monies to some of the employee's for work from Nov 16th to Nov 30th. While the remaining employees who did stay and work for you received a pay cheque that went nsf. All the while still padding debtors bank accounts. What happened to all that money. I bet you and your common-law Philip Mcrae had a wonderful Christmas with all the trimmings. Yet the employee's who walked out are still waiting to be paid!!!! As well as the client whom you were collecting for and lest not forget the guy whom Mcrae Arcand Foote & Associates purchased the company from. We are all waiting to be paid But will never see a dime of it cause they ran with all the money. Let's hear your explanation for this one!!!!

Mcrae Arcand Foote and Associates, sure we made a good effort and we tried to play by the book and obtain licences {or at least we paid for the licences anyway, which was not refunded} You can blame the Alberta Government for that! If people would of stopped trying to sabatoge us every chance they got, we could of made it. Whos business is it if I obtained a mortgage to buy a house for myself and my family. are ya jealous. well dont be because we nevwer ended up buying the home. we figured we could build a mansion for 300 000. I will be financing through a mortgage broker, not through the little monies that we made off this "waste of time and money" company. Dont always believe what you hear. I work hard for my money as im sure you do too. dont hate on me. Collections is a nasty business, but somebody gotta do it! Yours truly

Dear Nobody, Thank you for the updates on these crooks. When you call their main number now all you get is a fax. I hope you and all the other employees have contacted Government Services @(780)422-1335 to file a complaint. The more people that complain, the better it will be for the investigation. I guess this explains why Mr. Arcand didn't want me to talk to anybody else but him on this matter when they took 200.00 from my account. He made several promises to return my funds and never did. It won't be long now until McRae Arcand Foote & Associates looses everything they stole from us. Keep us updated

Apperently Mcrae ArcandFoote & assoc. have bolted from Edmonton, AB back to their home town of Dartmouth, NS. They have not paid any of the emplyee's to date. There was word out there that the one person they had brought with them his name is Lawrence to work at the Edmonton based company he says Philip Mcrae & Christian Arcand are crack cocaine users to find out if they have taken your money for unpaid payday loans call Mike Foote at 1-902-488-9580 & Christian Arcand at 1-902-877-4910 also Philip Mcrae can be reached there as well. Also James Bruce affilated with these crooks his number is 902 or 780-217-2721. remember people these individuals have bought a house with debtor's money and not paid their client they were collecting for which is about 1 million dollars. These crooks need to be stopped. Please report this to the federal government in your province.
