After reading over my comments, I noticed that you really can't see the frustrations that they are putting me through. To emphasis, I will put some dates and other comments to get a better feel on this complaint. August 8th 2005, I made the first contact with incompetent sales rep. It took three day for Rod to call me back. Now we are the 11th of August and I make the selection of the pc that I want. I didn't receive the quotation, promissory and purchasing contract by email, so I called back on the 17th of August. I demanded to change sales rep and was refused to do so without speaking to the manager. The manager was to call me back and another week passed without hearing from him. I called back on the 23rd of August to get the so call manager Dan and still was unable to reach him. I called on the 1st of September and acted like it was my first time that I was calling. This is where Mitch comes in. I place the same order with Mitch and get everything faxed to me and all was readable. I signed it and faxed it back to him right away. It took 14 hours for the fax to get through to them because of the busy signal. I called back the 4th of September to confirm that they had received the fax, even though I had the confirmation in hand and to see if the order had been put through. Mitch confirmed to me that all was good and that the payment was to be put through the 8th and I was to receive my pc the on the 13th of September On the 13th, I contacted Stephanie, from customer services, to confirm that I was to receive the pc that day and I was notified that the order wasn't put through. I told her that it was ridiculous and that it had been confirmed by Mitch. She transferred me to Omar from finance and he told me that they received my order but that one of the pages was unreadable. I had to refax that page and he put the payment through right away. I was told to email him the confirmation the next day and that the order would be shipped that day. On the 14th, I sent Omar the confirmation that the payment had gone through and he said that it was the next day delivery. I gave them till the 16th before calling them back to see where my pc was and Stephanie from customer service told me that it was shipped out the 16th. I waited again till the 19th before calling them back and then Stephanie transferred me to her manager Fabio. He told me that my pc wasn't shipped for some reason and that he is confirming me that he will handle the matter himself and that my pc will arrive 20th. The 20th comes and goes and still no pc. Here we are the 21st, no pc yet and again a whole bunch of promises broken by MDG. I paid $99 for the next day delivery and made a $2100 order for a pc and MDG can not deliver. What a bunch of incompetent fools. I tried to get names of managers to complain to but no one knows any names there. Stephanie doesn't even know her own bosses name. I've called asking for the name of the president of MDG and no one knows. This is why I have posted this long and heart braking complaint on RIP-OFF, for all consumers to read and to think twice before dealing with MDG Canada. They owe me and my family an apology for the wasted our time waiting for broken promises, a re-imbursement of the $99 for the shipping and some kind of compensation for the heart ache.
