MDM Sales & Marketing, Fresno, CAMDM Sales & Marketing Returned a Kirby in July; have yet to receive full refund ,November, after being told numerous times my refund is on its way Fresno California
After returning a Kirby vacuum to this company, It took them until September, after me calling the company once a week, to credit the $1,300.00 back on to my credit card. The vacuum was $1,500.00. I gave the sales guy $200.00 in cash. I have yet to receive this refund.
I have had to call once a week since July, many times being told my call would be returned (It was never returned.) After I stopped being so nice and began to get extremely irritate, Melissa, who works in the finance department, told me she would mail me a check (That was Oct. 3, 07) The check never came.
I call again and Melissa says she will FedEx me a check that I should receive within 3 days (That was Oct. 25th) Today, Nov. 1st, I track my package and it says the package has not been received by FedEx. I call this ridiculous company again! Heather, who answers the phone, says Melissa claims to have dropped the package with my check at FedEx and that Heather will call me back.
We will see what happens!!!
Do Not Buy Anything from this company!!! The Kirby price was a ripoff anyway and forget about trying to get an easy refund!!!
