Ongoing pest control infestation problem since October 2012 with bed bugs, with no resolution and continuing infestation despite 6 treatments by an, at the time, illegally operating pest control company, as his license had been suspended by the State of Arizona during times of treatments. Also, illegal search of apartment by the pest control provider, Stone Age Pest Control, with the manufacturing of photos showing marijuana that was not in the apartment prior, in order to bring cause for an Immediate Eviction in retaliation for tenant requesting appropriate and effectual treatment for bed bugs, for complaints of no heat for three weeks, and for complaints of raw sewage flooding apartment brought to MEB Management's attention, on the phone and in writing, requesting that unsafe living conditions be fixed. Illegal search was done with no warrant, no law enforcement or judicial involvement, and repeated issues with illegal entry into the apartment by management and its employees and vendor, Stone Age Pest Control, without legal 48 hour written notice required under Arizona Revised Statutes. Complaints have been filed with the appropriate County, City, and State governing agencies for health and safety violations, as well as a complaint with the State of Arizona for Stone Age Pest Control operating illegally without a valid license due to suspended required insurance. Pending complaint and inspections for the Department of Environmental Services for health and safety violations pertaining to pest infestations and poor maintenance response and work. Department of Housing and Urban Development has deferred this issue to State, County, and City managing departments, and a complaint has been filed with the ACLU for Constitutional 4th Amendment Rights violation for illegal search of apartment in order to plant "evidence" to bring cause an Immediate Eviction case, scheduled on court docket for hearing on January 14, 2013. Management is aware of both roach and bed bug infestations in numerous buildings and apartments at Fiesta Park, with no resolution to ongoing problems.
