"MedAssist" has ads on Facebook and other places advertising additional medicare cost coverage. I contacted them with an inquiry and they returned my call, promising additional medical insurance coverage for prescriptions, vision, dental and more. I did not realize until halfway into the phone conversation that they are actually Humana Medicare Advantage, and were trying to switch me back onto their plan. Although they promised lower costs, their costs would go up and have a higher deductible for specialists. Fortunately. I ended the call and was not scammed by Humana, but I hope my report helps keep other Medicare clients from getting scammed.
