Media Planet Network ripoff, their book is a joke, it has nothing but everyday ideas & menus Elk Grove Village Illinois
This was suppossed to be a great cook book & information about cooking for diabetics & for weight loss & control. It was nothing more than a book you could find on any shelf, or things that every household cook would know. There was nothing new in it. After it was returned, I called 4 times and to date have not received a refund. They probably will never send it.
