Mediamogulme won't refund my money Internet Internet
I signed up for a trial membership for this company through Vindale Research. I was supposed to be charged $1.95 for a trial membership. When I looked at my bank statement, I was charged $29.95.
I immediately called to cancel my subscription and was told that my account would be credited. That was yesterday.
Today I called back because the funds are still being charged to my account. I was told by the operator that she did not want to give me false information as to when the money would be returned, but that it would be returned "sometime."
This is a complete rip-off, both by Vindale for recommending it, and by MediaMogulMe for stealing my money. I was only supposed to be charged $1.95 and now they can't tell me when they are refunding my money.
This is wreaking havoc with my checking account two days before Christmas!!!!
By all means, don't deal with this company or with Vindale Research for that matter!
