I purchased a Peter Pan DVD, with Mary Martin from this company last May, 2011. Copies were impossible to get for years. It arrived and looked cheaply reproduced, even down to the printer cover-picture of Mary Martin flying. I had bought it for niece's birthday, so it wasn't played for 2 months.
There were pixels throughout, and midway it would jump back to beginning. I contacted the seller twice by email, and exlplained the circumstances, and asked for a replacement. There was never a response. At the time I was able to find a phone number in New Jersey, and left 2 messages, and still nothing.
In my finally email I stated that If I didn't get a refund in 10 days, I would file a complaint, which I did with the New Jersey Consumer Affairs Office, not that they cared much!
Needless to say, my niece's heart was broken. I had been telling her for years who iconic Mary Martin's performance and how excited I was at a kid, when Peter Pan appeared each year on TV in the early 60's. I told her was far better than the Disney version which already owned, and that it was the first thing I can remember seeing in color ( I informed her, much to her disbelief, there was a time before color TV).
