medrano Express Stole various items froma box I sent and after that, another box was never even delivered , and always say it will be 2 weeks, but never arrived, recently they told me they started to be delivered, but I called today and they said its with customs and will be another 2 weeks raleigh North Carolina
I send some packages with them several times and always ended up missing something. One of the times they stole a iphone5 in the box. And this last time, We sent a box to Colombia (Expensive Telescope, and victoria secret merchandise for a wedding) on January 2013, and we are already in May. They said it would take two months .... After 2 months, they said that the office had with other packages and soon would come, to give them another 2 weeks and so would tell me the same thing every two weeks.
In mid-April, they said on April 28 to May 5 , the boxes would be distributed. In other words ... wait another 2 weeks, but at least got a date, I thought ..... But nothing came, and they said, they are stillwith customs and are not being distributed, eventhough they had said and were being delivered in the next week or so . Now they dont answer calls from my number and are non responsive. They are thiefs and should be made responsible for .
varias veces envie con ellos y siempre faltaba algo. Una de las veces se robaron un iphone5 en la caja. Y esta ultima vez, se mando una caja en Enero 2013, y estamos ya en Mayo. Dijeron que se demoraria 2 meses.... Despues de los 2 meses, decian que la tenia la aduana junto con otros paquetes y pronto saldria, que les diera otras 2 semanas y asi me decian lo mismo cada 2 semanas.
En mediados de Abril, dijeron que del 28 de Abril al 5 de mayo repartian las cajas. Osea... espere otras 2 semanas, pero por lo menos dieron una fecha, pense yo..... Pero nada que llego, y me contestaron, que todavia estan en la aduana, apesar que me habian dicho que ya las estaban repartiendo! Lamo y ya no contestan igual que antes !!! SON UNOS LADRONES!
