Medved Auto Plex ripoff Deception Policy SCAM Castle Rock Colorado
Changed the price on auto during final paperwork - company deception is their policy.
Medved had agreed to pay off my trade-in, which I had in writing. In the finance office when getting ready to sign the final papers to buy the truck, the sales manager and salesman had added almost $4,000 to the cost of the truck. When I questioned the finance manager, he said the sales manager did not agree to actually pay off my trade-in, that amount would be added to the price of the truck. I showed the sales manager and the finance manager the paperwork that stated the agreement to pay off my trade-in. The sales manager became quite angry and belligerent. He then stalked out of the finance office and yelled across the showroom floor to the salesman, "NO DEAL." They also refused to return my registration papers to my vehicle. I do have the duplicate of the registration but it is the principle of it! I was purchasing the truck under the Ford "X" plan and the sales manager informed me I was not due any rebates because of the "X" plan purchase. I checked with Ford Motor Corporation and I was told ALL buyers are eligible for any and all rebates offered. I am glad I read the contract before signing. They had plans to rip me off good. I am telling any and all people about this corrupt company.
