Whatever you get paid according to the calculas from the weasal shed in Dallas, you still are selling weak highly bogus "insurance". You should try telling your clients what will happen to them if they get sick. See the PBS show Now on their website for supporting information. Qpc, Association, Rx/Vision bonus checks dont remove the guilt do they or do you even think about what you do everyday.

While most Mega agents are smart enough to understand there is more to what you are saying, I am posting this JUST IN CASE a new agent reads what you have stated so the compensation levels are accurately represented. While the commission structure is lower with the company you for whatever did not disclose for UGA agents, and I am assuming you are referring to a company you represent??? United American perhaps which is also a great company. You neglected to mention the UGA agents also get something called a QPC Bonus and stock incentives to offer that product. Overall, the pay structure adds up to be more of an incentive. That's not information commonly shared in active recruiting as we don't try (UGA) to get UA agents to swath to UGA. Bottom line in UGA did a great thing by giving their field force another product to offer to a market that may not medically qualify for the more comprehensive plans through Mega etc..... but I can assure you that you are somewhat accurate on the commission structure but the ACTUAL COMPENSATION you are not! The UGA field force HAD everything to gain by being able to offer this product and in NO WAY GOT SCREWED. NOW we can help more customers and were PAID to do so very fairly! What in the world would even prompt you to say something like that? Don't bother replying. Just could not believe you had the audacity to post your comment. It looks like you are trying to recruit UGA agents to be captive to only sell that product, which I would consider unethical based on the companies arrangements.
