Exhibit ‘A’:

 

July 25, 2016: I stopped the grounds crew to investigate what action need be taken to address the swarm of ‘PAPER SWASP’ above my garage, entering and exiting the neighbors siding, in the window above.

 

Unaware and unannounced the grounds crew returned to spray the area with a repellent.

 

The grounds crew did not attempt to contact me. A simple knock on the door, and a courteous request to more our vehicle would have sufficed.

 

I return to my garage to fetch a tool, only to observe the crew leaving the area in the

company truck. This repudiates statements in Exhibit ‘C’.

 

Reference Exhibit ‘B’:

 The repellent resulted in staining the grill (Exhibit ‘B’ picture enclosed) of Sue’s automobile.

 

Exhibit ‘C’:

July 25, 2016: Letter from Amy Connop, Site manager (A.K.A. If you piss me off, their will be ‘Hell’ to pay).

Ms. Connop returned with the can of repellent, shoved it in Sue’s face and continued to scream at her; see it says right here it is non-staining!

 

Ms. Connop clearly states that the spraying did occur. Her account of the matter is completely different from the ‘TRUTH’.

As you can plainly see, I have proven, by dates and in writing what had occurred prior to receiving a ‘GROSS’ miss-characterization of myself and Susan Miller.

 

I wish not to regurgitate the ‘SICK’, ‘SALATIOUS’, ‘DEFAMATORY’, ‘TWISTED’, ‘GARBARGE’ vomited from this disgusting, foul mouth Brian R. Harris.

To this end is what justifies the means of Amy Connop, Site Manager, Keatington New Town Association. (Reference Exhibit ‘C’) and Brian R. Harris of the MEISNER LAW GROUP.

I was not aware that these fees had been attached to the closing until 08/19/2016 the settlement date.

I believe Brian R. Harris directs payment to Keatington New Town Association to avoid paying taxes. An obvious slight of hand to avoid claiming this as income.

(More Victims)

 

Daniel (do not know last) resides at xx Fox Hollow Ct., LakeOrion, MI. 48306 was a victim.

Sue had encountered her one day while leaving to work. Daniel was visibly upset. Not wanting pry, Sue inquired if she all right. Daniel exclaimed that she had received a fine of $600.00US for her dog ‘REMI’ being unleashed.  Remi was as sweet a puppy as I have encountered.

 

A simple reminder, I am sure, would have been sufficient.

 

More extreme behavior and over reaction from Amy Connop, Site Manager, Keatington New Town Association and Brian R. Harris of MEISNER LAW GROUP.
