Melanie Derma Essence scam Internet
I was charged $4.96 for a trial offer of Derma Essence which I have proof that I never received it, as item is still IN TRANSIT and has never been sent to me. The company then charged me $89.95 and refuses to refund any of my money for products that I never even received. I called 866-924-0586 and spoke to David, who stated he was the President/CEO of Derma Essence (although he refused to give me a last name), and he stated there was nothing he could do to refund the money I paid for a product the company never sent to me! Beware of this outrageous rip off, scam and fraudulent business practices of Derma Essence. I will also be contacting the BBB and Attorney General's office to ensure that this company is reported accordingly so that others will not fall victim to Derma Essence's fraud and scam.
