I placed an internet order with Memory Pig on 4/29/2011. They have never shipped my product. There is no phone number to even call to get status. Every e-mail (too numerous to count) to either e-mail account on their website returns with an automated response. No one has ever gotten back to me. I filled a BBB report in Texas and even the BBB couldn't get a response from them. DO NOT USE THEM ... they take your money and run.
