Menubus Ordering Software SOFTWARE PURCHASED NEVER DOWNLOADED OR SENT, NO COMMUNICATION a TOTAL SCAM Kennewick Massachusetts
Purchased an online ordering system for our business and was given constant communication and attention by "Jax" assisting me to commit to the purchase, which we did. This was in April 2013
Began to give him information to submit all the data required as we purchased a package that gave us full support by Menubus for input, installation, upload and ongoing support.
Worklife got busy so it took extra weeks to be ready and in the interum, the software seemed to not be user friendly at all, very complicated process to get what we needed . Jax's communication decreased and then just stopped. This by now was late May
Jax then disappeared off the face of the earth and I was sent one more email :
"Jax no longer works here but it appears your software is complete, you can download or I can upload files for you" Marie...This was sent to me 2 months ago
When I reaponded to ask for both, that is the last time I have been sent anything. Ive since emailed about 10 different emails, all of which have not been responded to. It is now just about October!
Pretty furious and feel taken. Grrrrr. Dont touch this business people!
