So I answered their solicitation call asking if we would be interested in using their services for credit card processing... I explained that we use Square and are not interested - mind you I was polite. He said that why would I NOT be interested in saving 50-80% with them. My answer was simply that I didn't think their level of service was with the saving and we are very pleased with Square...overjoyed actually. He. Went in to ask for me to hold to speak to an agent that would only take 3-5 minutes and I said no thank you, we are simply not interested. Well - he hung up on me! I tried calling back - only to point out that this is the exact reason that I felt their service would be inferior... I am still on h*o,d...31 minutes and 3 seconds AND COUNTING for someone to even answer the phone!
