Metro Self Storage Manager continually entertaining men in her room..therefore no service for METRO customers. Seffner, Florida
I needed storage quickly because my lease was up. I spent an afternoon trying to reach the one nearest my home,which was Metro Self Storage. I began calling the toll free numbrt early in the day and by 3 p.m.finally got an appt to receive a call back from the mgr at the facility. In was the next afternoon. I went in and only had to wait 27 mins. until she came to the office. She said they had all sizes available.I storced my things but had a problem w the key so yes," another long wait just to find someone in the office...more wasted time while on a deadline.
I went in a mo.later to pay my bill and waited my entire lunch hour for her to come to the office or answer the phone.I finally went back to work without seeing her. I went back after work but she was gone for the day at a few mins.til 4 p.m.The next morning she was out and a maintenance man said shed be back in an hour or so. I went to work and came back at 11:09a.m. Ad i got out of my car,she locked the office door and went back to her apt.with a man. I waited at least 35 mins. She came back and wad angry at me exclaiming...I need to go to lunch too! I told her that I'd been there twice waiting,and needed to get back to work,but I found a house and would be getting my things in a week or two.She suggested that I only pay for wks.I did and saw her several times as my son and I moved our things out of the unit.We went back the next morning to return the keys.As usual,she wasn't there.I went back a few hours later and again she was.entering her apt with a different man. I was late so left awgain. I called several times and finally just left a msg. I moved far away and couldn't come back again soon,since I had to work.About a week later the same thing..no one there,no return call. I taped the keys to the doorstop with a note explaining that i was ready to call the corporate office to mail them the keys. Two days later received a bill for over 400$. When I calked her she said she had no idea I was moving my things out, so had to charge me and alsoo for having to saw the lock off.She went on to say the.unit was dirty although I swept it all.. I guess the huge bill I'd on my credit report but I font owe it. You'd think she wad making enough at her other business so ad not to have to steal from poor,aging single mother's. She does not for her job and is a.liar and a cheat when I tried to point out that she wad never in the office. I deserve this bill removed from KY records.I don't deserve it. Thank you.
