I was parked in a laundromat in the corner of western and virginia. I was gonna do laundry but i figured i go get tacos first about 25 feet from the location. I took approximately 15 minutes and when i came back my car was on a tow truck. I asked the guy to release my car and he said i should have never parked there. He refused to give me my car and let me get a few stuff and took off with my vehicke with out my consent. This occured saturday july 22 around 11 40 at night. They wouldnt release my car unless i paid 357 dollars and change. I paid 200 cash and the rest with my fathers bank card. Now i have done my research and they have violated all my rights. Major law broken was refusing to give me my car. According to california law. Never did i see the owner of the property and i keep calling metro tow inc and they refuse to give me the name of the guy who towed my truck. They also keep hanging up me
