Michael Chadwick Direct Capital Assets The Procaccianti Group (Hotel Group Network) Michael Chadwick Ordered Marketing Services With No Intention of Paying (Small Business Lost Thousands of Dollars) South Kingstown Rhode Island
This report concerns one Michael Chadwick 'owner' of the LinkedIn group Hotel Group Network.
Michael Chadwick is also the Director of Capital Assets at The Procaccianti Group.
Michael Chadwick approached me via LinkedIn to ask my company for guidance how he could monetize his LinkedIn group: Hotel Group Network. He did not mention at the outset at all that he was approaching my small business for marketing assistance on behalf of his employer The Procaccianti Group, this only came to light much later. He did in fact approach us as though he was an independent business owner in his own right able and willing to make decisions not merely as an employee for someone else (Director of Capital Assets).
Our company directly on behalf of Michael Chadwick put in a total of 125 hours of work on a new website for him (HotelGroupNetwork.com) This was made up of 75 hours of work put in by myself, finding the domain name, hosting his website, and completing all of the work to his satisfaction. All of the emails exchanged between Michael Chadwick and myself are still here as well as all the screenshots to act as proof showing every last detail of all of the work we carried out directly on behalf of Michael Chadwick.
50 hours extra work was carried out by employees of my business on behalf of this client Michael Chadwick (total 125 hours).
This wasn't just a website design but also all of the copywriting supplied for the website too as well as the design of a complete marketing funnel on Michael Chadwick's behalf. Michael Chadwick also received as part of the agreed package many hours of professional marketing consultation advice via email.
Long story short despite now waiting for months for payment from Michael Chadwick, he has to date ignored every single correspondence. I am still waiting for the outstanding balance to arrive months later and I suspect he has absolutely no intention at all of paying the money which he owes to my small specialist marketing business. In total Michael Chadwick owes this business $7,500.
Let this be a lesson to all other small business owners. If Michael Chadwick of the Hotel Group Network approaches you for anything at all, do make sure you get every last cent out of him 100% upfront. Do NOT extend any credit in his direction. He will not keep his word, his end of the deal and if he can rip you off he most certainly will.
The man is nothing but a common thief and is not to be trusted on his word. He is not a gentleman of honor. Michael Chadwick is untrustworthy and carrying out work for him at his request will render you the small specialist services business owner out of pocket when he doesn't pay up if you take him on his word that he will. Always get this individual to pay you up front in full - no questions asked.
It only came to light that Michael Chadwick was not running his own business when he let slip much later on after all of the work had been carried out to his satisfaction that he actually works for The Procaccianti Group and that the Hotel Group Network actually belongs to them and not himself directly.
Michael Chadwick is a deceptive little weasel and has cost this brand new small business an enormous amount of time and wasted resources, not only costing us money in terms of time which could have been spent on more worthwhile activities but also directly losing out on ever receiving fair compensation for the work we did carry out on behalf of Michael Chadwick to the tune of $7,500.
This work was completed in late April 2014.
Not a single cent has been paid so far.
