Michael Fazio - GMC Builders Ripoff, No CFO for four years, Constraction Damadge, Unpaid Violations, I can not sell the house Staten Island New York
I bought my house from GMC Builders (President Michael Fazio) in 2001. It was a brand new house and I paid half a million for it. He promised to provide us with a Permanent CFO for the house in 3 to 6 month. He never did. It has been 4 years now. We found out that he has a lot of violations on the property and never filed a paper work with Department of buildings in NYC. The house had a structural damage that I had to fix and pay myself. We are getting violations from DOB all the time that we live there illegally. We can not sell the house for the same reason and we can not refinance. We lost about $ 500.000 in profit because we can not sell it. We are stuck!!!!!!!!!!! I spent thousands of dollars already fighting this matter in DOB and in Court, plus fixes. Now we filed the law suite against Fazio. Newer buy a house from Fazio aka GMC Builders aka Woodrow estates.
