I ordered 3 items as Christmas gifts from this company.  It took 14 days for them to arrive.  The return policy is 14 days - from the purchase date.  I assumed there was some leaway - given the holiday - on January 5th - I attempted to get a return authorization number from them - I offered to FEDEX overnight them at my cost - this is the response I received:

"We are assuming you want us to take the loss for your mistake.  We are not sure why you and so many other customers insist that we do so?  Please respect and honor our store policy.  We have one for a reason, it is not just to be difficult.

Once again, we are a small shop that get stock from suppliers that ALREADY gave you an extension to return Christmas gifts up to Dec. 31.  They will refuse the package after that.  Most customers who fail to return in time usually re-gift or send to charitable organization for kids.  Since your items are too large most local cleaners will sew up the sides to make smaller for less money than it cost to send back.
 
We ask that you do not harass us about our return policy. Contact your local police department they will help you to understand that by law it is consumers responsibility to find out what return policy is before purchasing and abide by the stores policy. If you cannot contact them let us know and we will have them contact you at the address and phone number you gave us."
 
While I understand being a small business - their rude and obnoxious response was uncalled for - I suggest never buying from these people!
