I am working there so I know from the first hand that we are all working as mules, our supervisor cutting our hours off that we have earned and she s also rude to employees. We employees don t have any kind of rights,we have minimum wage of 7.25$ and nothing from benefits. The supervisor and the rest of the bosses get bonuses because cutting our hours and company makes profit and the funny thing is that they are employing more people and to us they are cutting our hours which we don t have enough ,just to pay us less and get in theirs pockets more so I m asking myself where is the justice?!

Florida is an "At-Will" State. This means that you can be fired for any reason at any time(even if it seems unfair). There are very few exceptions such as items that would be covered through the EEOC, or if you were under a written document that stated otherwise. There is no such thing as "Three Strikes" in an At-Will state. It can be one-strike(or even no strikes) and your out. The good news is that if you were really this super employee you should have zero problems getting another job. Perhaps your next employer would even fire current staff to hire you. Welcome to the world of business.

An employee can be terminated at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This is perfectly 100% legal. There is no rip off here. If you do not like the law, perhaps you should only enter into employment situations in which you and the employer sign a contractually binding agreement which states you will remain employed for a designated length of time. Welcome to the real world.
