OK got screw when buying the house by the realitor,owners and home inspector filled law suit after only being here for 3 months house a dump falling apart cant aforred to fix and ,make payment had gmac for 9 months then ask for loan mod when they got bailed out by gov. they said i had to be 2 months behind what they do they sell me doublin they money and not helping me sold me to midland at 2 months behind didnt tell im in a law suit midland says oh u have to be 4 months behind to do a loan modifacation.so go to do loan mod they say oh we dont have a plan to lower ur payment but to just pay us back at 960 a month at 6.5% on a 115000 dollar note oh they helped themselves when my payment was supposed to be 725 amonth at 5% now my lawyer has with drew from my case after taking me for 7,000 cause i counld afford to pay him.so now no court date 2 years in and needing help PLEASE disabled dad wife working butt off to boys 6,8 eating me out of house an home.
