does it matter how the payment is made,I dont think it does.they get a payment and still delay or dont credit it to the account.so what I send cashiers checks,I dont do credit cards but use cash to buy things pay my car insurance with cash and other things.what does not writing out checks have to do with midland mortgage, they are still ripping off people it would appear that what they are doing is more the issue and how many people will be hurt before enough is enough!I see what other people are going through including someone who had direct deposit that was not being credited.so if you have an idea of what all of those having problems with midland can do that would be more a help than why I dont write a check,it would not matter.

If you belong to a Credit Union why are you sending them Cashiers checks? Why not just send them a check written on your account?
