Midnight Towing Services This towing company tows vehicles with out any parking violations!!!and very very rude behaviour & protected by cops. Addison Illinois
Midnight towing co. towed my car from my apt parking lot stating it was parked in someon else's spot.
I told them to provide me picture proof that i parked in someone else's spot.They refused to stating driver is away and can not provide me one and very rudely refused to give my car.
I called cops and they said on the phone they can not do anything.
I had to pay them.
This towing company does really shady business.
I have already submitted my complaint to Illinois towing commission.
Please beware and proactive against this kind of ripoff and harassment.

If there are signs posted about assigned spaces, it would be your responsibilty to prove you were parked in your space. Sounds like you were trying to get over and got caught. No rip off.
