Midnight Towing Services Towing the car illegally Addison, Illinois
We live in this Apt complex & We have guest parking behind Apt complex & we have to put guest pass near front windshield so they know it is a legit car.It is a lot where there are no assigned lines or spots.You just park keeping in mind that others will be or should be able to get their car out without your car obstructing them
I park my car there like so many tenants for for than one year.
One day I found my car towed.
Midnight towing company(one older foul mouthed lady) tells me that it was obstructing other cars!!!
I asked them to show me pics.They said that the person who has pics is out of town for 2 days!!!!!!!!
I had to pay them 150 $.When I called after 2 days they did not have pics.No surprise.
I complained to Illinois towing Authority.
When I Called them(Authorities) 2-3 times one cop(assigned to case)tells me that you need to go to small claims court!!!!!!!
This has happened to other tenants also.
Nothing is done by Apt complex also.
