Midnight towing comes into a aparment complex open people doors remove vistors passes and then tow car and say pass wasn't in car. My vehicle had a vistors sticker in the window and tow company illegally pushed car back and hooked it up wrong snatched the vehicle and drove off , I chased truck and caugt up with them made them stop , they called police and told them that I had physically hit them and tried to have me arrested, they told police it was a repo and it wasn't. I was not arrested because of witnesses. This is the 4th time this company had towed vehicle @ 150.00. They check for unlock doors and go through cars while parked.

Midnight manager states all he wants is his money when I called with complaint, they opened my car door through the window and pulled rubber rim from around door frame, damaged the under car protector. When you inform them of the damages, the company gets irate, cocky, loud, and verbally abusive.when I go into the office to pick up vehicle they pull the paper work before they ask for I.D. because they know the car. Midnight tow drivers stated thats why I got your money and I'll be back. Other people in complex constantly complain about this company and nothing gets done.

If your post is completely true, I would think the police would have ticketed/arrested the tow operators. Or with the numberous complaints that the apartment management and/or police would have looked into this and stopped any illegal activity. Your OP doesn't match common sense.
