If you read the contract you signed, you may have saw the place where you initialed and signed below that reads "I understand this is a non-cancelable contract." If you did not understand, perhaps you should not have signed. As far as not using the service, it is not the company's fault. If you bought a new corvette and parked it in the garage after making the initial down payment, you cannot seriously expect to blame GMAC for your not driving it. The service only works if you use it. Of course you feel like you're not saving any money if you never come down to purchase things. If you didn't see the part of the contract that said you cannot cancel then you probably didn't see the gaurantee that states you will save the cost of your membeship back by the time you've spent $5,000. I'm sure you spend more than $5,000 a year on "stuff". Everyone I know does this. But all that aside, you are an adult who signed a contract, and the adult thing to do would be to make the best out of things and USE THE MEMBERSHIP. You made a financial obligation. If you were not prepared to make such an obligation, once more, you should not have signed a contract.
