Purchased midwestern brand on many occasions.Had a tough steak and company exchanged the box within a week. After explaining it was a product of nature and it does happen on occasion.Refured a friend who's husband was kinda abusive. They complained and got a full refund. It was more of an affordability thing I think. Not everyone can afford buying steak in bulk these days. And there are a lot of very unhappy people in this econemy.....and O.M.G.
I almost bought a FORD.Till I searched this site on ford moter co.Seems there are a lot of hatefull people with nothing better to do. Sad

Thanks for the clown compliment. But wait a minute, what would you call a person that buys from clowns? I did my research on several meatmen in my area BEFORE I made a purchase, not after. I guess that makes me an educated consumer and you a SUCKER :)

Carnivore, #1 Customer, if your cooking is as bad as your spelling then only you can eat what you are calling beef. I live here in Texas and beef is king and groceries do sell better cuts. Midwestern Beef is not beef. It's shoe leather. How about telling the rest of us who you call idiots that have complained, how you cook that tuff stuff? I've ground it into chili meat, the only way it works. Your post in defense of Midwestern Beef sounds like one of the clowns that sold it to me. It won't happen again.

I have purchased meat from a Midwesten Brand distributor for almost 7 years. The product has never been anything less than exceptional. The meat man comes to my house once a month to fill up my freezre. These steaks are better than what I can buy at a restaurant. The other complaints baffle me. These people either cannot grill a steak properly, or the meatman they purchase from uses bad food safety practices. In this case, do not bash Midwestern Brand but the person that sold the meat to you. Also, if you bought a damaged case and are mad the meat is terrible, you are an idiot.
