Mike Luchansky Apex Construction Scams everybody he says he will do work for - don't hire him!!! He will start the job, then take your money Cary, North Carolina
Mike is a big scam artist. He will start your job, then say he needs money for materials or for an emergency or can you loan him money for this - he does a good job lying to people. He has been scamming people for 6 years now. We are trying to get as many people together who he has scammed and go after him, so please let us know if you are a victim. Don't believe anything he tells you. Don't hire him, if he already owes you money, sorry - it won't be coming - even if he calls you everyday - it is what he does!
