Mike Meltzer The Means Of Production, TMOP Mike Meltzer has failed to follow through with a promised refund. He sent me the wrong microphone, I sent it back and he has yet to make good on the refund. Van Nuys, California
Mike Melzer (The Means Of Production) sold me a vintage Neuman U87 microphone for $2500. When it arrived it was a Neuman U87ai (the wrong model!) He promised me a full refund including shipping and has yet to make good on it. He still owes me $1541.86. He promised to make payments and did send me $1000 but now he has stopped e maling me or returning calls. I'm tired of waiting for my refund. His promise of a full refund is stated in this e mail:
Hi Ken, this is to confirm that we will refund your money on the U87, including shipping charges. Please send the mic via Fedex 3 day. My apologies for the screwup!

I want the full refund he promised. Tha balence remaining is: $1541.86. All claims and information stated here are verifiable with reciepts and e mail.
Resolution Sought: Pay the remaining refund balence of $1541.86 in a timely fashion. I paid him $2533.50 in cash on 6/29/10. I want Mike Meltzer to call me and tell me exactly what his plans are for returning my money.
