The gym makes it very difficult to cancel your membership. A 60 day written notice and a certified letter are required. They also charge EVERY member a enhancement fee of $35 every June 15th.
The facility is dirty and the equipment is old. The owner does not respond to emails or phone calls. I would highly recommend LA Fitness, Lifetime Fitness or 24 Hour Fitness. Yes, it may cost more but it will be worth it...remember you get what you pay for.
