Mikhlin Holdings Inc. Leon Mikhlin Defaulted on a $100K Mortgage Note, recorded in Kings County Brooklyn , Brooklyn New York
Leon Mikhlin promised to pay off this Mortgage Note which was issued in 2007 in the amount of $100K. He asked me personally in Nov/2007 to take some time to finish his construction, so that in 2.5 yrs. by 2010, he was planning to sell off couple of commercial Real Estate, so that he was going to be able to pay me with a lump sum of $100K instead of the agreed $1K monthly. But now it's been 5 yrs. since the promise, everyone got back on their feet except me, and unfortunately, Mr. Mikhlin didn't bothered to call or write explaining his situation, and probably he thinks no one is coming after him with this note and that we gave up after the divorce, a fallen family a single mom who only has time for her child. I lost everything I had, but now I need to get this money back to help myself and my downsyndrome daughter who needs so much help growing up all alone with mom and no dad for support. So please anyone who is reading this, a a trustee lawyer who can offer their help to foreclose on this mortgage note, which is recorded in Kings County, Brooklyn NY.
