Miller Valentine Corp Bentree Apts Was asked to resign after telling company about manager Piqua, Ohio
While working at Bentree apts I saw a lot of improper things going on with the management and was told by the Company to let them know what the manager was doing. This came from the HR dept. The manager was hired by the dist manager who was a friend of hers, he would call and tell her when the company was sending people out so she could get her act together before they arrived. I kept records like the company told me to do.
I finally decided to go to the home office with my report, and the same guy that hired the manager came out and told me that I had to quit or be fired. I found out later that this manager told them that I pushed her which was a lie. She also had a friend at bentree that babyset for her lie to them too.
The good news is that the manager was finally fired. and I am told that the new manager is much better. I enjoyed working with the residents at Bentree and will miss a lot of them. But I am better off not working for a company that set me up.
