Someone obviously needs to put the proprietor of MIMI CONSULTING GROUP on the notice and make her aware of the LAWS IN NEW YORK. DIANNE EHMANN IS NOT A LAWYER OF ANY KIND!!!!!!!!!! As per New York State Law (YES MS. EHMANN, THERE ARE LAWS IN THIS STATE!!!) - No. 265-B-2-b states that a distressed property consultant is prohibited from charging for or accepting payment for consulting services before the full completion of such services; Licensed New York Attorneys are the only people that are EXEMPT from being a "distressed property consultant". DIANE EHMANN is a "distressed property consultant" because she attempts to get loan modifications for homeowners by charging them a fee UPFRONT. Therefore she is NOT allowed to collect ANY upfront fees from any customers under any circumstance. Basically, if you were a victim and had to pay MIMI CONSULTING GROUP any UPFRONT OR ADVANCE FEES YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!!!! This firm can ONLY collect monies from homeowners after the services are completed which means the homeowner's mortgage has to be modified first!!!!
It is interesting that Ms. Dianne Ehmann(Owner of MIMI Consulting Group Inc.) likes to reference that the banks violate laws when in fact she is currently in violation of the New York State law herself!!!!!!!!!!
Homeowners BEWARE!!!! MIMI CONSULTING GROUP is NOT AN ATTORNEY BASED nor does it have a ATTORNEY NETWORK. Dianne Ehmann who is the owner of this company is operating illegally by collecting upfront fees from homeowners that are facing foreclosure!!!!!! SHE IS NOT AN ATTORNEY, and THEREFORE NOT ALLOWED TO COLLECT ANY MONEY UPFRONT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She is currently being investigated and if you have already paid her you should contact the New York Attorney General office to file a complaint and to get your money back.

I have checked with every appropriate agency and have found no negtive reports against me. I am one of the very few that actually do the work as promised . I have never claimed to be an attorney or mortgage broker and do not solicit . All of my customers are referrals from very satisfied and appreciative homeowners. I chose to go out on my own after working for numerous attorneys who collect a hefty retainer and have no interest in helping those in need. They do have a license but their license allows them to commit fraud.Their only interest in the modifcation business is to collect the money and deplete the retainer with bogus fees.
You claim to work for an Agency that is investigating me...tell me who you are . When did you meet with me, where is my office,how many employees do I have? No one other than referalls have contacted me.
I do have the experience in modifcations and I have sucessfully saved many many homes from foreclosure since 2008. I have gone to court with my customers for mediation and have never had a problem with Steven Baum's office or any other attorney representing the servicers. In fact I was just recently applauded by an attorney @ Jordan Katz' office for helping the distressed borrowers .Together we persuaded the bank to modify only a few days after our appearance. Every file I take has to be preapproved by me personally . I dont take advantage of anyone!!!! Most of my customers have become friends over the long process and they will stand behind me.

Mimi Consulting Group will continue to save homes from foreclosure as long as my phone keeps ringing. So investigate me all you want ... I have the proof that I get the job done . My name is know with the servicers and the attorneys and I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO KEEP ME FROM HELPING THOSE IN NEED !!!!!!
